Workshops: Eat Smart! (ES)
Healthy eating is by choice, not by chance! In this workshop, you will learn about facts regarding your daily food intake that will help you make better food choices on campus. You will also get to apply what you learn by designing your own healthy meal plan when you eat out.
(Upon successful completion of the workshop, HLTH1010 Course participants will attain 1.5 course hours in the "Wellness and Personal Enrichment" of the "Activities" module. Advanced registration is required.)

  • Describe typical eating habits of university students
  • Recognize the importance of healthy diet
  • Make wise diet plan for university life
