Redbird Leadership Community

Redbird is a community for students to develop their leadership. You can meet friends from diverse backgrounds, engage in interactive training and projects, and receive personalized coaching from senior students and professional trainers.

You start off on the Bronze track, which focuses on self-leadership, interpersonal skills, and teamwork. You may then continue onto the Silver track, which focuses on the application of the Student Leadership Challenge® and Stanford D School’s Design Thinking in self-directed projects. Finally, the Gold track prepares you to take up the role of a Redbird Coach who can apply the GROW Coaching Model and the art of facilitation to provide peer support to junior students.

When you complete the Redbird Bronze track, you will get up to 24 course hours towards the Healthy Lifestyle Course (HLTH1010). Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards will also be granted by the University if you can successfully demonstrate your learning and the competencies targeted in the respective tracks.

Application period ends on 23 Oct 2017, but offers are done on a rolling basis until all spots are filled, so apply now online.
